I'm reading a PCgamer article on this on my phone. From pcgamer.com (can't quote directly because of websense):
"Then there's the community slot, which lets everyone vote on a choice of upcoming discounts. The first choice: two thirds off Batman: Arkham City, Saint's Row: The Third at 75% off and The Witcher 2 at 60% off."
Dammit, I already own all of those. Also, the pcgamer article states that Arma2: Combined Operations (used to play the spectacular DayZ mod) is discounted 20%. So everyone waiting for a deep discount to get into DayZ, this may be as good as it gets for awhile. |

Yeah, I was waiting for it and hoping a 50%... 20% is not enough to buy a game only to try an alpha mod. :\

Well Arma2 CO is the highest selling game on Steam (or was recently) so I wasn't expecting a big price drop. The sale has nothing for me yet, have to wait until next round. I hear Terraria is 75% off (I already have that too) and it's originally only $10. That's a lot of fun to be had for a couple bucks. |
