File Copy Software

I am going to be moving a large amount of data, about 600GB worth. I was wondering what you use for file copying software.

If possible I would like to be able to select multiple origins and then select a destination path.

Have the software check file consistency. So file at the origin is the same in the destination. Through Md5?

Thanks for any help.

I use SyncBackSE, gives you nice HTML reports of anything that might have gone wrong.

I wrote it because of a need I had as sys admin at work.
