Feature Change held hostage by unlimited data In March, I got the Wifi-only Motorola Xoom. I decided to activate Mobile Hotspot on my Droid 4 to let the Xoom taste some LTE. I could not activate the feature on the website, so I went to the store. At the store, the CSR was having trouble, so he called a supervisor, and he was unable to resolve it. The problem -- the computer would not let him activate Mobile Hotspot WITHOUT removing unlimited data. They advised me to call Verizon, and they were able to do it over the phone.
