Neither do you, but when looking at all that is laid before us, your assumption is laughable at best.

It is obvious that caps are to:

1. Protect cable tv revenue
2. Keep "upgrades" to a bare minimum

You know this, but are playing coy for whatever reason you think is funny. I hope no one can be that ignorant to what is going on around them.
