| planning to finish bonus room above garage when we bought the house back in 2007, the builder only finished it with 4 rooms, 3 full bath and an unfinished bonus room. if we wanted it finished, the builder asked for 14k more than the original price.
long story short, we could have had the builder finish it but did not and kinda regretting it, but on the other hand, I could have it built however I wish.....maybe a home theater?
