FTTN or FTTH?

I have Performance and I was wondering if my connection is FTTN or FTTH or neither of them. I can get speed all the way up to 105mbps if I want.

Usually it's neighborhood level.

What does one look like? Also if there are other neighbors online would I be sharing bandwidth with them?

Yes, bandwidth is shared throughout your node. The number of bonded channels you have available determines the amount of bandwidth being shared between you and your neighbors on the same node.
