Re: Bought a new grill today, food is restaurant quality

Serious question: What is the difference between stainless steel and surgical steel? Will surgical steel rust?

From reading that, it seems that surgical steel is stainless steel, just more corrosion resistant... but eventually it will rust (though might not be for a long time).

I know we used 316L stainless at the plant. Lots of bleach etc. Also 316 around salt water.
