Harvesting and cataloging bounces

A couple of times a year, I have occasion to send out a bulk e-mail to all our clients. Naturally, a certain percentage bounce. I need to find a way to extract the bounced messages, and isolate the destination addresses from them so I can cross-reference them with our database to know who's bouncing. Obviously, I'd like to get this as automated as possible without manually opening, copying, and pasting individual e-mail addresses hundreds of times.

Is there an easy way to take a batch of e-mails from Outlook and extract any e-mail addresses contained in the body? (the header would work also, but would increase the number of instances to search.) The ideal end result would be a txt/csv/etc containing just the e-mail address strings.

Disregard. I found a way to isolate them. I exported from the DB a list of just the account#s and e-mail addresses, highlighted the bounces File |Saved the whole thing as a text document, pasted that into a different excel sheet then checked to see if it existed in the bounce list and pulled the account number out in a different column. Now I just have to figure out how to change

That main method didn't work (It never actually selected the cells) but the Find and replace method in the comments did. Bookmarked. Thanks!
