I'm on Road Runner but I can ping myartslab.com by using Ping Plotter Pro's TCP engine instead of the ICMP one. The ping time is good considering I am in Hawaii and the site is in New York. Those routers on the hops showing 100% packet loss (one RR tbone and two Savis) are just ignoring ping as the final hop shows no packet loss. I also can browse to myartslab.com and to pearsonmylabandmastering.com.
