| WOW outage I am in Warren MI, and experiencing channel outages on my tv and periodic outages on my phone...anyone else...called WOW and getting busy signal...

| Just a suggestion: This started around 5 p.m. I have called a half dozen times since then. Everytime I called the toll free no. listed for residential the line is busy. Either get a few more phone lines or at least have a recorded message explaining the problem and some sort of estimate. A busy signal hour after hour doesn't do much to inspire confidence. |

There is a recorded message up, but when all phone trunks are busy, you won't get through to hear the message. There's only so many trunks available, an issue affecting the entire market of Michigan is going to generate a lot of phone calls.

I have been having lots of issues with Wow cable lately. I am disappointed in the reponse on this forum with no explanation or estimate on resolution after 3+ hours with no service. Service is lacking here, Wow. |

Do you have a portal we can access that would give the status of the incident, etc? Rather than calling every so often it would make sense to check a portal. |

There won't be any specifics we can give out, other than it was a network related issue. At this time everything should be back to normal, but the engineers are still checking everything out. I'm no longer in the office, so I'm unable to get any more information right now.

| Definately not back to normal in Lincoln Park MI. Internet still slow on the 50/5 tier and TV is in and out. I think a reason for a statewide outage should be given.
