<description><![CDATA[tdk333 posted : Well it seems as of 8pm last friday, the power went out briefly, and I cannot get any upload speeds above 2Mb.  I have blast and am provisioned for 25/4, yet for some reason anytime I go above 2 I start to get packet loss.  I stream to twitch.tv and use xsplit which tells me how many dropped frames I get, which translates to dropped packets and a very laggy broadcast.<br><br>Thanks for the help :)<br><br>*edit*  Just to say about ago was roughly the time I last checked my modem status page.  I did NOT have upstream channel bonding.  Now I do?  I only checked and noticed it again because of the issue I was getting, and its there.
