[Speed] Old issues coming back again! Can anyone help?

Well it seems as of 8pm last friday, the power went out briefly, and I cannot get any upload speeds above 2Mb. I have blast and am provisioned for 25/4, yet for some reason anytime I go above 2 I start to get packet loss. I stream to twitch.tv and use xsplit which tells me how many dropped frames I get, which translates to dropped packets and a very laggy broadcast.

Thanks for the help

*edit* Just to say about ago was roughly the time I last checked my modem status page. I did NOT have upstream channel bonding. Now I do? I only checked and noticed it again because of the issue I was getting, and its there. Could this be causing it?

signal levels look good.....did you try runing some speed tests? I dont know what sort of data xsplit looks at.

they might have implemented channel bonding in your area, but it should be resolved by now (my internet was up and down for a few hours when they did my area)
