Proxy Hijacking Specific Sites Now?

What. The. Hell.
Response times for Google, Bing, and Cisco went from sub-1s to OVER 7 SECONDS suddenly on Tuesday, June 19, at 9:05AM after mid-morning plant maintenance between 8:40AM and 9:05AM.

WHAT is going on here?

I notice that World of Warcraft and Hulu did not see a sudden 700%+ jump in response times. Which means that it's only affecting THESE specific sites. Which only happens when you cram a broken proxy in the middle.
Of note, it specifically seems to be affecting clients based on user agent or specific host. So yeah. NOT HAPPY.

(Wups. Quick on the trigger; that net apparently got dropped and moved. But Level3's idiocy goes in the shrine I've maintained. Someday they'll get that DS3 turned up, honest.)
