| HD TV out Is uVerse HD TV out? I just got off the phone with support and they are saying there is a software issue with HD channels. I am beginning that I need to just drop uVerse TV and just stick with the cable company. |

I had a similar experience in St. Louis, MO about a week ago. My local channels were working, but every other channel, both HD and SD would just display an all black screen. Rebooting the DVR and the Gateway had no effect. The outage window lasted about 4 hours, then everything went back to normal. |
