1 edit | Low latency and unlimited have more value than high Mbps Someone needs to educate the speed queens that latency is just as and essentially more important that speed after a certain point.
A latency below 60ms at 4Mbps will help the performance of most smartphone apps/browsing more than 20Mbps at 150ms+ latency. Most smartphones don't need more than 4Mbps but the lower latency the better.
The magazine/blog sites need to start focusing on latency for overall smartphone performance, not bandwidth. |
