Interesting how the chart shows such slow speeds

Atlanta must not be a great market for VZW, I never get less than 20 - 25 mbps in NJ and I peak around 40mbps.

You can't base an opinion on the entire network based on one market, unless your market is atlanta

..wonder how much at&t paid for them to post those speeds..

The max we get is around 3mbps here in Billings, and that's on 3.5G.

reply to Martindziad
Exactly.

I easily get 35+ Mbps down and 16-17+ up on Verizon.
On Sprint it was easily 12-15Mbps down on Wimax with about 2-3 up.
On Tmo I was getting 10-12 Mbps down and the system seemed locked at 1.5Mbps up (never deviated).

Heh, accurate AT$T paid reporter eh ?

Yeah, they are probably testing too few sites. Some have posted Sprint LTE tests at about 40Mbps.

The article shows 2Mbps for WiMAX but I tend to get 6-8Mbps and sometimes up to 15Mbps.

Well DC is one T-Mobile's best markets for speeds and coverage. They've got some serious backhaul awesome sauce going on here.

Sprint has serious backhaul issues here. Even Clear service is pretty slow on certain towers.

I've noticed that with clear. In penn station, i was getting 15Mb down. Here there are some towers that i can't even get 500kbps. (my lenovo has wimax built in)
Wilmington, NC this past winter was awesome with tmo speeds. Typically 22Mb down. But, much smaller town.
Coverage and speed is a little slower than chicago with my amaze. I get much better upload and faster download usually. Still, not complaining.
