| [Qwest] Century Link reneges of confirmed deal I had a confirmed deal with Century Link (copies of emails) for a lower rate on internet services. Get a bill that's 3x as high. Called up only to be told they won't honor it. Wrote to Century Link vp and no response. Just sent a letter to their CEO. I have no land line any more but have internet with someone else.
