[Internet] RR Lighting upload problem

I am having problems with my upload on my ubee DVW3201B modem. I cant upload anything. I first notice the problem a month ago when trying to upload a youtube video of my sons pre-k graduation, it just got stuck on 1%. At first I thought it was my computer after a reboot it still was doing the same thing. I ran a speed test on ispgeek, speedtest.net and brighthouse page and all of them ran the download test fine but on upload it would never start. I tried to reboot the modem but that didn't work.

I tried to plug my computer directly to the modem instead of my router (Netgear WNDR4000) still nothing. What was weird is if I change the port on the back of the modem and reboot it work fine. I thought maybe it was a bad port or something. Then it happen again two days later so I did the same thing and it work. Today I am trying to upload pictures of his 5th birthday party and again I cant upload. Again I move the port and rebooted the modem. Has anyone else had this issue?

Does this happen on more than one computer on your home network?

Yeah. I mostly have it plug into my router but when I was first having the issue I plug my laptop to another port reboot the box and it work on my laptop but not on the one that the router was plug into. Thats when I figure out if I just change the ports and reboot I can get it to to work. Its the weirdest thing. But usually everything my phone, laptop and computer cant upload nothing. And also I cant stream from my sling-box.

I have the Ubee 3201B plug into my Netgear WNDR4000. I use the wireless connection of my Netgear for my laptop, phones, tv, bluray player and desktop PC. I turned off the wireless on the ubee since I am not going to use it. So the only thing plug into the ubee modem is my netgear router. I do not have the ubee setup on bridge mode. Should I call to have them set me up on bridge mode?

Yes please because that can cause big problems the way you have it set up. Make sure you are speaking to your local office and if you have any problems let me know. My responses will be slow...sorry..on vacation this week.

Yep, that's most likely your problem. You are double natting. Im sure BHNtechXpert will hook you up. I had the same issue when I got the ubee installed. Asked for it to be bridged but the tech only disabled the wireless. I didn't realize till he was gone.

Yes it is very nice here in Colorado. Very cool outside at night, no humidity and no rain!! You will need to speak to the local office though....NOT NHD
