[Signals] Massive ping increase, any signal issues

Since Friday morning I've seen a giant increase in my ping to the gateway, as well as some decent packet loss levels. Based on what I can tell, my signal seems fine, is that correct? I've got a tech coming out on Monday, but if it looks like a signal issue I can try removing the 10db pad from my modem.

Nothing to be concerned about. It's possible there could be an upstream SNR issue, but only way to find that out is to call support or have the Direct Forum reps check.

The upstream power is borderline high and may be intermittently fluctuating even higher out of spec..
