| 2 Modem active under one account Ive had a old Motorola cable modem I was using until I upgrade to the Docsis 3 2 years ago. I plugged in my old modem to made sure it still works before selling it. I hooked the coax and power to it and it took me right online. Hard wired into desktop that doesnt have a wireless connection. Not sure if they forgot to remove my old modem or what but it works. |

Rolling Meadows, IL | just bought a refurbished modem yesterday and plugged it in and it worked just fine but speed was like 0.5Mbps, I told the wow rep on the phone that it is working but speed is very low and he activated it and speed increased to what I suppose to get . Run a speed test and see. |

I'll have to try a spedtest. Even if its 1mb or under and you dont pay for internet this is away to get it free I guess. |
