Westwood, NJ | Me too. I had to reboot my ONT. Moca light was red.
Now my uploads are slow. I've got a 25/15 package, and my uploads are at 2-3. :-( Anyone else seeing this? |

| im in teaneck... it lasted for over 3 hours. I first called up a little after 12 am, and went to bed at 3 am still w/o service.
-When I called, they said they were doing 'maintenance' and that it would take 90 minutes. Why the need for maintenance when just a few days ago, there was an outage in my area for well over 10 hours.
*very very annoying. |

Fair Lawn, NJ | I'm in Fair Lawn. I was down briefly a few days ago. When I got it back, I saw I had a new IP. Since then, I can't connect to my Radmin Viewer 3.0 to connect to admin my friend's game server. Hw put in my new IP, but it still isn't working. |

There were issues with one of their main routers apparently. We had an outage ticket opened with them since Friday because our service went out from 12:00 am to 12:15 pm and then again Sunday night from 1 - 3 am. |

We had the same issue again at approximately 9 pm till around 10 pm. |

Problem In Upstate N.Y. Too. Internet & phone went out for about a half hour in upstate N.Y. at just about midnight on the 12th. Had to unplug the battery and reboot the ONT. It's back up now but the Internet is slow. |
