Does anybody know of a good "sound loop" program that's free or a site that can be used in a like fashion.

I'm looking to spruce up some tabletop Role-Playing games and would like to occasionally have certain sounds playing in loop or the ability to key up sound effects and music.

I already use youtube and a few other sites for music, but the most appropriate thing would be something like is seen at funswitcher.com, it just doesn't have the right themed stuff for my needs. I also use my old games and some installed MMO's like DDO, LoTRo, WoW & Runes for their music as well. I use an ogg extractor for them but it's complex and the files are not named, they're by number.
