 | I hope the other pirates are able to spell better than you're able to. It'll be difficult for you to find the movies you're looking for if you can't spell them correctly. |

There is a part in the movie, where a woman named Formica Davis is giving a live news report from the supreme (Extreme) court. She states "And tomorrow night looks even more better, word is Beef Supreme himself, might come out of retirement." |

 | reply to CrazyFingers I've never found lawyers or business people to care about spelling unless its on a check.
Teachers, yes. ( unless its a Math professor....)
Personally I carry around a bad speller's dictionary. |

They are setting a precedent to shut down cites that reference how to do something illegal or provide links to servers that may host copyrighted material. You don't even have to commit the crime anymore to be guilty. -- ...brought to you by Carl's Jr. |

| Actually no, a crime that is being commited in real life, if you don't say something about it is is called aiding and abetting and you would go to prison. These sites are not references, these sites are there for the purpose of doing illegal activity. You can get technical all you want about hosting, the sites are obviously there to help people get illegal stuff.
The people crying online about 'rights' need to actually go read the law for once.. |

| All the sites do is provide a reference. In the US there are laws that protect 3rd party posting on your site for illegal activity. That is how all the classified ads can be filled with prostitutes as it is protected.
The Communications Decency Act of 1996 protects websites that act as bulletin boards from any liability from what users post.
Then there is the whole free speech thing that allows you to write and talk about all the illegal activity you want. It allows you to teach people how to do illegal activity. As long as you yourself does not engage in illegal activity then no crime has taken place. -- ...brought to you by Carl's Jr. |

(b) Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or another would be an offense against the United States, is punishable as a principal.
Uh no, free speech does not give you the right to teach others to do illegal activities (Esp. if they go and do it). Free speech protects you from government tyranny. |

| The thoughts contained in your last paragraph are inherently flawed. What if government passes a law stating that protesters must obtain a permit before demonstrating? If you subsequently protest without getting your papers in order, is that not illegal? -- The truth is that the State is a conspiracy designed not only to exploit, but above all to corrupt its citizens. - Tolstoy |

 | So go teach someone how to do something illegal and watch what the police do if they go and do it and they can prove that you taught them... Because that would be aiding and abetting. |
