Funny. Did you know that anyone can register a new corporation in any state regardless of founder's place of residence. It does not require neither permanent residence nor us citizenship. The only requirement is you have US address which is not a problem if you hire a registered agent. And its very easy to do if your business is virtual. Most people outside the US incorporate in Delaware.

However in order to work for a new employer, if your not a citizen you need a visa sponsorship and most employers won't do it because its too expensive, too complicated, too long process. Many employers won't even bother looking at your resume if you're from States but reside in different state than employer since they give priority to locals or hire locals only.
