No bundle and dry loop

I work from home and have an ATT dry loop connection for my work phone and PC. This is what my company required. My personal phone is an ATT landline, and I have(stop laughing) a separate ISP with dialup service. Separate cable service with Comcast. I'm also a female senior citizen with absolutely no knowledge of how this works.

I called ATT to order a bundle of phone/PC/TV. Spent a long time ,finally decided on the package. When they were setting up an install date, the guy tells me I cannot have this since I have the dry loop service. Says they can't help me,period, unless I disconnet my dry loop. Not an option for me. Someone please give me some advice. Please !

"A bundle of phone/PC/TV" sounds like a U-Verse install.

Just checking. Is "an ATT dry loop connection for my work phone and PC" a dry loop DSL service with a VoIP phone connection?

AT&T doesn't allow both DSL and U-Verse connections at the same residence.

Why not order service on this line?
But why do you need it when you have a cable and dry line dsl?
