My Father has been a loyal customer (satisfied as well) for years. A few weeks back he called to renew his 3MB DSL connection (home phone is on the bill).
Long story made short. He was upsold to a 7MB connection which his phone lines cannot handle. Calls were made to straighten this out. Nearly twenty as a matter a fact. At this time his phone and dsl have been shut off. This is a senior citizen with his wife and no communication except for a pre pay cell phone. He was promised a turn on day of today but no go. Please IM me to rectify this situation. Services have been shut off for two days and counting now. Please turn on service thank you.
