SMCWBR14S-N3 SSID1 Question: how to secure it?

Hi, first time caller here, and I just installed this router (very nice) but confused on how to secure the second SSID? Is that open to the public? I have the main SSID secured using WPA/WPA2, but see nothing in the interface that will help me secure the second. Thx a ton!!!
