| WRNN's (from Kingston, NY) main channel is on the set top lineup (channel 22).
That may be whence the clear QAM NHK feed is coming.
I'll have to check again to see if any of the other english-language international news services from WRNN are present in clear QAM.
Hopefully, Comcast is planning to move them all to the set top box lineup.

| I've been watching NHK's Newsline half-hour news show daily since March 2011. It is carried on CPTV at 7pm (in SD), midnight (in HD) and 10:00am (in SD).
I have been impressed with the quality of reporting and investigation. NHK offers an excellent window into the southeast Asia region, with coverage of things like TPP, ASEAN and the South China Sea tensions.
Now that I can see it 24/7, I'll be able to see some of their non-news offerings as well. |
