NY Mayors Lament Lack of NY FiOS > Albany

Almost all the suburbs here have FIOS and as a result FIOS and Cable are relatively cheap. I pay 65 for TWC with DVR and HD Box, my father has FIOS 25/25 with triple play for $95.

We cant get FIOS in Albany, never mind the fact that 90% of the city's apartments are just regular 2-family homes and should be no different than an install at any other location.

Everyone in this city has HSI as well so uptake is not a problem. I dont know what is. Whole apartment complexes have it in the suburbs.
