Re: hjhj

I wouldn't call VZW or ATT's LTE consistent. I will often have full signal and have zero data throughput. Their networks are young and certainly fast when they work, but I think most consumers would rather have a couple megs when signal is mediocre than have full bars and no results.

Don't get me wrong. LTE is great, especially for Verizon users who would be stuck at 1meg even on the best of 3g signals. And I pity the consumer who isn't smart enough to get an LTE enabled device when they sign up or renew their 2 year agreement especially when their carrier offers it AND they cost no more than 3g only devices and the data costs are the same as well.

Except for the rare outage (in which case I don't have full signal, but fall back to 3G reliably) I've never had full bars and no service, Are you using a nexus? that thing is a pos the only people I know who have trouble with Verizon LTE are using a Nexus, I love AOSP but it's not worth it if your phone gets a horrible signal, my old thunderbolt and my new rezound have been rock solid on LTE from NJ to Boston (I travel a lot in the Northeast for business)
