upgrade to 4HD streams

I currently have 3HD 1sd streams. I have the 6mb internet also. I have been told by tech support that I can't upgrade to the 4HD streams because there isn't enough bandwidth. I've attached screen shots from uvrealtime. Can anyone tell me what the specific bandwidth requirements are for the 4HD streams?

AT&T doesn't do 4HD with the 25/2 profile. Since you are on pair bonding, AT&T doesn't do more than the 25/2 profile, since most pair bonded installations don't have the sufficient upload bandwidth for the 32/5. No idea why AT&T is so inflexible with profiles. The technology could provide you with the sufficient downstream if you stuck with 2Mbps upstream (i.e. 32/2) however AT&T won't create custom profiles, for whatever strange reason.

Are all pair bond installs on the 25/2 profile?

Most... I think I've seen a few 19/2's at the very edge of the serviceable distance.

At some point we would hope that ATT develops an update to the profiles offered on bonded pair installs. Until then all customers with an iNID are limited to 3 HD streams.
