Bell is competitive because they undercut videotron on pricing and have good offers on the internet side, some of which are advertised, others are not.
they will frequently waive activation fees and give months free. I'm definitely not pro-bell, but I'm giving reasons why someone would choose bell.
I can't recommend Videotron or Teksavvy to friends of family because of 100$ upfront costs versus zero (or 3 months free via Dell), plus the dry loop fee, doesn't make sense financially.
The only non-bell plans in Quebec that have ever been good value are legacy DSL, from an average Joe perspective |
