 | OP here -- Different name now that I'm logged in.
Did the online chat with dslx and they claim that my line/modem is fine but that the router is having problems.
Router appears to be fine but is not able to login. Feels/acts like my account has been deactivated or disconnected but I can't get anyone at dslx to check on that. I'm current on payments with both them and ATT.
They just keep telling me to contact Linksys to troubleshoot modem.
Have sent dslx_nick a PM. Anyone else have ideas on how I can get their attention? |
