| [EvDO] Broadband Q I have been using Broadbsnd Q since January of this year. I was very pleased with the service up until 2 weeks ago when my service was turned off due to too much data usage. I thought they said it was unlimited?! I was never contacted prior to them shutting my service off nor was I contacted after the fact to let me know what was going on. I finally realized it wasnt on my end and gave BroadbandQ a call. I was asked to cut down on my data usage and they would send me a new card. Well 2 days later I receive the card and guess what it still doesnt work. I called tech support only to be treated like I was a complete idiot. I was told that the problem was on my end and by looking at the map I probably couldnt get service in my area. I explained to the man that it was working perfectly up until the card was scrambled so why would it change and now I cant get coverage. I was told to move my antennae and if that didnt work then they couldn't help me. What a crock!
