Verizon & USC

I am still surprised that VZW has not bought USC yet. It seems like the two would make a perfect match. If not VZW then Sprint should.

Actually, it's USCC (United States Cellular Corp.), USC is the University of Southern California. They can't just "buy" USCC, USCC is a owned by the Carlson Family, and until they okay a sell, USCC will stay put. USCC is the B Band Provider up here (Mendocino County, NW CA), Verizon is the A Band Provider, and the other providers are AT&T (PCS, formerly AT&T Affiliate Edge Wireless), T-Mobile and Metro PCS.
