The whole thing makes no sense... building yet another network to deliver LTE service for fixed use... it doesn't add up. Even if they co-located with Sprint, they'd be better off just letting Sprint use the spectrum in exchange for wholesale capacity, and either way, it's not going to be a replacement for wired internet.
