I'll take that in to consideration because we are a 24x7 operation but maybe a 6pm -6am could be enough time complete the backups. The one thing i can say for sure is that SQL backups (transactions logs,etc) would still have to always run and maybe a few file level incrementals during the day then everything else some another time....
