DSL Outage

We are aware of an outage affecting DSL users.

We just had a switch go completely down. It's come back up at this point. We are still investigating.

More updates to come

Alright, everything appears to have stabilized and all circuits are back up. Some customers are still offline but a far majority are back up at this point.

Speeds could be erratic, as thousands of people reconnect and land on unevenly balanced AGAS links...

This is always an issue if there's a major glitch, as Bell does not provide proper load balancing.

Reconnect your PPPoE session a few times until the speeds are good.

No sync is an unrelated issue.
