| What's up with the DSL? I just got kicked off about 10 minutes ago and reset everything, but still get the error that my password and login don't exist. Is anyone else in London having an outage right now? I'm near downtown if that means anything at all. |

1) I got the email tonight and in it, it said it only applied to cable subscribers.
2) Really Marc? I didn't notice any downtime today at all....Maybe only the St.Laurent POI was affected? My speeds haven't changed either...

kudos:2 | For the users that can't connect still..a theory I have is that somehow your session stayed up during the outage and that you likely have a static IP. PM me your usernames, I'll force a disconnect on your user to allow your new session to come back up. |
