[Speed] Docsis 3.0 and Insight Evansville

Hi just bought a Moto SB6121 modem I know my Evansville and well maybe all of Insight is now 3.0.

Question is does that mean they use channel bonding for this 3.0?
The reason I ask a neighbor on WOW says his Moto modem light change from green to blue meaning he is connect at or to a 3.9 system.

However mine arent blue so is anyone with Motor modem light blue?

there is no such thing as DOCSIS 3.9 only begging of cable labs tests of DOCSIS 3.1 .

More than likely your area did not get DOCSIS 3.0 before the insight sale or your having signal problems can you post a snapshot of the signal page on the modem?

Green: 1 Chanel, more then likely not D 3.0 headend/service tier
Blue: Multiple Channels being bonded , D 3.0 headend/service tier.

What speed are you subscribed to?

Evansville was the first Insight market to go to DOCSIS 3.
