Customers...Magic Money Creators

I don't think customers are going to pay more, they will cut back on services to maintain the level they are currently paying or they will seek alternate solutions wherever possible. Consumers are tapped out financially, and the tired model of adding fluff and raising pricing has run its course.

That's exactly what is happening to me. I am looking at dropping home phone and scaling back on TV offerings. Eventually I will go from QuadPlay to FIOS internet only and suffer pain of Sprint
