So the action of going from 3g to 4g customer is what makes you lose the unlimited. what about us with unlimited and already have 4g?
That is incorrect. Switching phones does NOT require you to switch data plans. See my post above with add'l details.

Sorry, I may have misunderstood jgkolt . If he/she is referring to future plans, go by what the VZW guy said. I was referring to in the past and how people thought upgrading from 3G to 4G forced a change in data plans.
