Clinton Township, MI | phone with ultra tv Just got ultra tv signature advanced phone and 15/1 internet and i'm having the same problem i had the first 3 months with uverse. I use my answering machine instead of voice mail. When the answering maching trys to hangup after a call i hear 15 fast beeps just like i did with at t.
AT T finally put out new software and fixed it , i hope wow can have arris do the same as their are alot of us who still use answering machines. Can wowdan pass that on to them?
The fonts could sure be larger to read also. Thanks. |

Do you have the WOW! voicemail turned on? When my answering machine was working I had WOW! turn off that feature and everything worked fine. After the machine broke, I had it turned back on instead of buying another answering machine because the phones still work great. |
