 | [Billing] Off Contract Pricing Question. My contract comes due at the end of the month. I have heard that your month to month rate goes up $5 from your contract price but it can take Verizon a few months to catch up. True or false? |

Did that and the 2 year price for my double play (TV & Internet - no phone) was $5 more a month and the same price they told me at the local Verizon store. |

 | But if I let the contract expire, according to the store rep, it only goes up 5 months anyway. Short of calling to save the $5 if they do it, is it worth it until a price increase comes to lock-in on a contract? |

They don't care about people who do not have all 3 services (at least enough to give them an incentive to stay).
I just ran a new customer configuration on a double play and wasn't able to get any promos. |
