I'm hardly burning myself into the ground. I enjoy working, takes my mind off other things. I just realize I've saved this company millions of dollars and doing a job not just anyone can walk in and take over and I want some recondition, mainly in compensation, to continue.
I'll be honest when I was in the meeting and offered $60k I wanted to just walk out but I knew I'd get sued so I'd rather just request a salary I like that you guys agree with. If they don't take it I'll be sure to tell you guys the employer so you can apply if you like. |
