Spectrum Polution

I think LightSquared failure should prompt FCC to do some investigations into spectrum usage. GPS overlap shows that spectrum polution makes adjacent frequencies useless.

And I think the Lightsquared failure should prompt an investigation OF THE FCC for how it has made political considerations the primary factor in spectrum allocation. The FCC has gone from an agency that regulated based on technical factors to one where that is now just an annoying item to be ignored while carrying out directives from the White House & Congress.

This does not show that adjacent frequencies are useless, just that you cannot use high power ground equipment on frequencies that are required to be used with low power satellites.
