Truck nutz are more of a 3d version of a bumper sticker done in a cartoonish manner than a true photographic representation and offensive bumper stickers are protected speech:

What we need is more useless legislation to pacify thin-skinned whiners with too much time on their hands.  Anyone living in the real world hasn't time to micro-mange everyone else. Personally, when it comes to trucks, I find balls on the top side of the draw bar to be more useful. To each his/her own though.
