Attenuation is 59 so that is pretty high. likely that's all you'll get out of this line.
I can't decipher from those stats if that's on interleave or fastpath... Can you post a tracert to google.ca for example? The first hop on fast path is usually high 40-50ms if it's on interleave.
Actually it does say something about interleave depth, so that could be it... who knows.
