Wow, jump to conclusions much? Thought most people on these forums were above acting like that.

I had no Internet access at all. My connection was entirely down and I didn't know what was going on. Logically I called my TSI to investigate and waited on hold 45 minutes only to hear an automated message tell me about the routing issue.

And I know from experience what a call centre is like (work in one). I'm no stranger to call queues but I also know that if we had a call wait time over 5 minutes heads would be rolling (aka, all hands on deck and someone start calling people that aren't in because we need more people).

Also, on a NORMAL day I'm still waiting 20+ minutes to get through to TSI...so I don't think this is a higher than normal call volume issue...
