Power level
Took a hit from lightning a couple nights ago fried two ports on my RG. Just received my new one and hooked it up noticed my power level was 11.9. Before the strike it was not in the yellow. Think the outside jack might be fried? -- Pray for our troops!!God Bless the USA!!

reply to charrog I wouldn't worry about the power level too much. Now if it were to spike above 14.5 then you might have some problems mainly RG reinit's. Everything else looks pretty good what really matters is max attainable and yours is 54,996 that's where you want to be. To bad it doesn't tell you the upstream line rate cause that can kill you if it's gettin up tward 100% capacity.

reply to charrog Thanks, I wondered why the upstream isn't showing it was on the previous RG before the swap.... -- Pray for our troops!!God Bless the USA!!

Mine does the same thing. And like everyone here told you do not worry about the power level. Mine is only 10.2 since they installed a 3801 and I have no issues @ 900'.
